Easy to use, happy with it

Got the FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool and it's pretty cool. My car was acting up, and this thing told me exactly what the problem was. Saved me a trip to the mechanic just for a diagnosis. The app is super easy to figure out too. Only small thing is sometimes it takes a second or two to connect, but overall, no biggie. I like it a lot.

Good tool, slightly slow shipping

I bought the FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool a few weeks ago after my check engine light came on. The device itself worked great, it was easy to plug in and the app translated the code quickly. Shipping took about 6 days to get here in California, which was a bit longer than I expected, but not a dealbreaker. The information it gave me was really helpful.

Good value, slow shipping

This was my first purchase from FIXD. I bought the FIXD Sensor 2-Pack because it was a better deal than just one. The sensors themselves seem good, and the app is helpful for maintenance alerts. It told me about an oil change I was due for, which was nice. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 6 days to get to me in California. I was hoping it would arrive sooner. Still, for the price I paid with the bundle, it felt like a worthwhile purchase overall. Just wish delivery was quicker.

Decent value, few small hiccups

I ordered the FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool with the annual Premium Subscription. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. The sensor arrived in about five business days, well-packaged and intact. Setting it up with the app was mostly smooth, though I had a minor issue pairing it initially which resolved itself after restarting the app. The Car Diagnostic Scanner feature pinpointed a minor issue I had been noticing, which was good. The Maintenance Alerts are a nice touch, helping me keep track of oil changes and tire rotations. I found the Repair Cost Estimator to be a bit optimistic compared to actual local quotes, but it gives you a ballpark. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about a feature, though it took a day for them to get back to me. Overall, a solid product for the price.

Reliable car diagnostics

I've bought from FIXD several times now. This last order was for a FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool for my son's car. It performs just as reliably as the one I got for my truck a couple of years ago. The app integration is always smooth, and it consistently gives accurate readings for check engine lights. I also appreciate the maintenance alerts; they're a good reminder for basic upkeep. It's why I keep coming back – the product just works without any fuss, and they've been consistent with their quality.

Sensor works well

Bought the FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool. Plugged it in, downloaded the app. It read my check engine light code right away. Easy to understand what the issue was. Quick and helpful.

So helpful for my old car!

I finally got the FIXD OBD2 Professional Scan Tool and it's amazing! My old sedan always has some light on, and this told me exactly what was wrong, not just some cryptic code. It was super easy to set up with the app and now I feel way more in control of my car's health. I even used the Engine Oil Life Tracker. I'm telling everyone with an older car to get one of these!

Reliable as always

This is my third FIXD sensor, I got the FIXD Sensor 2-Pack this time for my other cars. I've been a customer for a few years now, and they're always consistent. The shipping was quick, about 4 days to reach Austin. I've used the Check Engine Light Code Reader feature many times before, and it always gives clear info. The app has gotten better over time, though sometimes the live data stream can be a little slow to update. Still, it's a trustworthy product I keep coming back to.
